We had a snack and watched the trains.
We decorated an altar.
We enjoyed the glorious cherry blossoms on branches and on the ground.
We had an egg hunt.
And enjoyed a breakfast of scrambled eggs using our newly painted spring placemats with a little bonus surprise from the Spring Bunny for Kyan.

looks like the perfect way to greet spring. On the way home on Friday the Peanut and I stopped to admire the cherry blossoms along our route. We loved the soft shower of blossoms drifting down, I just wish I'd brought my camera so I could have captured them. Instead we created our own branches for our window, now if I could just figure out a way to make them stick to the window...
